J. Keith Cross, P.E. is a broadly experienced geotechnical
/ civil engineer practicing primarily in the Puget Sound area
of Washington state.
 Keith
is experienced in a wide range of projects and studies and has
been involved in projects throughout the United States and in
several foreign countries since 1968. His over four
decades of total experience, including over 30 years in the
Seattle region, assures clients they'll receive expert
services and in-depth knowledge applicable to their specific
project.
In 1981 Keith started
his
independent consultant practice which is located in the
Seattle - Tacoma area. He conducts evaluations in the
Pacific Northwest involving slope stability, costal
process, foundation support and dewatering considerations.
Each project on which he consults gets his full attention and
expertise regardless of its size or scope. From
explaining to a homeowner the details of risk assessment, or
guiding them through the complex building permit process, to
overseeing large scale government or business projects, he
provides a hands-on practical approach and personal service to
each client.
